WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?
- Personal Jewellery Partners provide a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults. Conditions to warranty are stated below-
- Your item will not be covered for normal wear from day-to-day activities, accident and trauma, loss of diamonds or precious stones, loss or theft.
- Any alterations made by jewellers other than PJP voids the warranty.
- You must have your jewellery serviced by PJP no less than once every year, noting that all rings made by Jewellery Services are entitled to a free annual clean and polish.
- We recommend that you familiarise yourself with our Jewellery Care Guide to safeguard your item.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Shipping is complimentary on all items, and is offered by Personal Jewellery Partners at no additional cost. -
IS MY JEWELLERY INSURED DURING SHIPPING?
Our insurance covers your jewellery while it is in transit. -
DO I NEED TO HOME WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?
All orders are shipped using CourierPost Signature Required Track and Trace courier packs and require signature upon delivery. In the case that there is no one available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a card with details for redelivery. If an Authority to Leave request is already set up directly with CourierPost for your address, CourierPost will follow those instructions. -
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your Track and Trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, have your track and trace number handy and either call CourierPost on 09 977 0102 or visit https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking -
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Personal Jewellery Partners offer a 30 day full refund or replacement policy for all standard jewellery items. All items must be returned in new/unworn condition in their original packaging along with any accompanying paperwork. Customised, resized, and engraved jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our returns page for more information.

WHAT METALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Personal Jewellery Partners works with high quality metals, mainly consisting in 18k and 9k Rose, Yellow and White Gold, and Platinum. For materials that aren't included in this list we encourage you to contact us and we will try to assist you as best we can. -
ARE YOUR WHITE GOLD RINGS RHODIUM PLATED?
All of our white gold rings are rhodium plated. Without it, white gold has a slightly warm tint -
WHAT IF I NEED TO GET A RING RESIZED?
We are happy to be of assistance whenever we can. Please contact us with any inquiries and we will be in touch. -
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT FREE?
Personal Jewellery Partners endorse and are fully compliant with the Kimberley Process. All diamonds available for purchase have been obtained from legitimate sources which are not involved in funding conflict, and adhere to all relevant United Nations Resolutions..

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
We have done our best to make our store as easy to use as possible. Just choose the item you wish to purchase. If there are any options available, select the one/s that you prefer. For example, when purchasing a chain you will need to choose the length, or for a ring you will need to select the ring size. -
WHAT PACKAGING GIFT BOXES ARE USED?
Personal Jewellery Partners understand the significance of presentation, especially when items are intended as gifts. That is why we make sure that every item of jewellery we provide, whether it's a simple pair of sterling silver earrings or an expensive diamond ring, is packaged in an elegant presentation box. -
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All items are custom made to order and come with a complimentary valuation. Please allow two to six weeks for your item/s to arrive. -
DO I RECEIVE A VALUATION WITH THE JEWELLERY?
All items of jewellery in excess of $1000 will be delivered with a comprehensive valuation.
