RETURNS

Personal Jewellery Partners offer a 30 day full refund or replacement policy for all standard items. Our jewellery items are only guaranteed against manufacturing faults and not misuse or accidental damage. 

Our goal is to make dealing with Personal Jewellery Partners as easy as possible. If you want to return a product within 30 days, please inform us, and we will send you an insured, prepaid courier bag.

Once we receive the returned goods we will authorise a refund or replacement. While we aim to refund your payment within 48 hours, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

In order to process the returned item, we must receive it back in brand new condition, with its original packaging and paperwork, within the 30-day timeframe.

FAULTY ITEMS

If there is an issue with your new jewellery, please email us immediately with your order number and a description of the problem. Personal Jewellery Partners will organise either a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference. This policy applies to any jewellery that we acknowledge to be faulty, provided that the fault did not result from misuse, negligence, accident, or improper care of the item.

Please note that we must inspect the jewellery before issuing a reimbursement.

SHIPPING

Personal Jewellery Partners will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand. However, we cannot cover or reimburse the expenses of international return shipping or assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the highly unlikely event that your order gets damaged during delivery please email us immediately with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the damaged packaging. It is your responsibility to inform us of any damage within three days of delivery.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of delivery. This policy only applies to standard items, and does not cover customised, resized, or engraved jewellery items. 

The item must be returned in its original boxes and packaging, along with all valuations, and it must be in new and unused condition. "New and unused" means that the item must not have any scratches, marks, or signs of wear.

Please note that no refund or exchange will be given for a change of mind after the 30-day exchange period.
